-Learn wine in specifics. Become a real oenophile.
-Enjoy French cheeses and be able to enter a fromagerie without making a face
-Be able to cook a handful of French dishes
-Stop converting Celsius, 24-hour time, kilos and just understand instantly
-Try as many delights at the pâtisserie as possible. There is more to life than croissants and pains au chocolat.
-Play/join a sport
-Join an art class
-Do a wine tasting at O Château
-Make the time to read a book or two for fun in French
-Learn all the different types of coffee at cafés
-Work on learning another language other than French
-Take a cooking class and actually pay attention
-Finish my thesis- I mean, if I don't, then why did I come here again?
